    It looks like an upper tension problem. Also check in the machine for some loose threads. That was my problem once. I brought it back to where I bought it and the owner opened my machine up and somehow, some thread was stuck. Once she removed that, it was fine. (I wasn't as she screamed at me for numerous things. )

    Try using a double layer of stabilizer. Sometimes it solves my problem.
