I have an Excalibur dryer use it when I am home....otherwise I turn the oven on the lowest setting 200-250...put the herbs in, turn the oven off and if needed turn it back on the lowest setting for 30-45 mins.

They seem to take over if you're not careful and I'm trying not to have to use insecticides whenever possible as I have 2 kitties indoors and I don't want to expose them as they are always curious and into things.
Insecticides usually don't work with spiders anyway. Spiders are considered "dirty" animals because they don't clean their legs and feet. If they did then after they walked on the insecticide and licked their legs/feet they would die.
