Hi y'all...I'm still here

Got a nice note from nellie checking to see if I'm okay. Thought I'd just check in and let folks know I'm still around. We are splitting time between home and grandson. We have an apartment in Austin and I'm babysitting my grandson while his mom works. The apt is so small I can't find a nook or cranny to set up my machine, so I'm resigned to only sewing when I'm in Lubbock and the baby's not there. I've been lurking and looking...y'all are awesome as always. Keep up the good work.

Probably. I've never done hand piecing, so don't know how happy I'd be with the end product. If we don't find something where I can set up a sewing room, I'll definitely have to try it.

Maybe try English paper piecing... Its a great take along project and since you use the papers as a take out foundation, the shapes all come out great ! And if I can learn to do it any one can....
