NO football here, hate the game, and all the hoopla that goes with it. I will be sewing, quilting or whatever else I can find to do. May try and find a good movie on TV..

same here, don't like it, go upstairs & sew/read/watch tv. Sometimes we go to family, we eat first, have dessert at half-time and leave. Hubby loves it, so we compromise. Tomorrow they are coming here, but they all know how I feel. DH says I have good numbers in the pool where he signed us up, maybe I'll win big and feel guilty. LOL

Personally, I would be very happy if I never saw or heard another football game in my lifetime. I rather enjoy basketball and baseball, but football is just toooooo much for me!

It's ok... I used to love it! Where I lived before every Friday was "Red" day. The whole state I swore wore red. (KC Chiefs) it was so awesome to see the support they had and fun to see everyone in red.
Now that I live here in potatoville, I'm not the die hard fan that I once was.. in fact, don't really care.

Yep, I have to confess. I like football. Being a Texan, I usually root for the Cowboys. Have been terrible for some years now. Going with the Packers this SB. They were my fave team before there were Cowboys. An old Packer, Forrest Gregg is from this little town where I live.

    uhh, NO!
I must say, I do like baseball (live, in person, any level of game - and, I'd rather actually be playing, lol), and ice hockey, too; but I wouldn't stop any plans to sit and watch any sport.
and, speaking of football, at least there are people moving around on the field. The absolute worst thing to watch on TV is golf!

Grandson has to educate me as to positions and what each person's responsibility is in that position, but must admit I love the excitement of the game. I guess it's because I followed my sons from early years of learning, followed the local high school teams, and then it just moved on to SU football, where I first became acquainted with players who went on to the pros and followed their teams. Then the NY Jets trained 9 miles away so started following them. Yep, I'm a football fan.

Living near GB Packer's are my favorite - don't miss a game on TV - will have any NFL game or NASCAR race on as they make a great background for quilting - very relaxing time!
