    Cinder is also a rescue. She was abandon in a trailer court we lived in 6 years ago. I couldn't stand to see her left out to starve to death. I took her in and she never wants to go outside. She is perfectly happy to stay inside. I thought the same thing, How could anyone abandon such a sweet beautiful animal. She is one of the best cats I've had.

    Cinder for Cinderella? Rescues seem to be the best!

    Yes, Cinder is short for Cinderella,I thought that was the perfect name for her. She went from rags to riches. She was starving, freezing in 10 degrees below zero with the ground 4 ft of snow. I just couldn't let her die. Now she has a cushy, spoiled life. She is our fur baby. :D

    how wonderful for both of you! Actually, Himmies can be quite expensive! Lucky for both of you. She is lucky you took her in and then you get the rewards of her love!
