Oh those are adorable!! I am thinking that if someone went to a different country, you could use fabric that mirrors that place. I just love them. Almost wish I could travel someplace. :-)

The entire tag is sewn by the embroidery machine. The edges, the frame that holds the clear vinyl pocket in place, the button hole for the strap. Embroidery Library website has "in the hoop" projects -instructions and videos that explains the technique. It is fun to do. The leopard print is quilting fabric.
