Where did you get yours? (or did you make one?) That would be neat to try.

Any foods that can be eaten cold, cook in the early cool hours, such as fried or baked chicken.

I use pressure cooker to cook chicken, etc. Very fast and very tasty.

We have a new Dairy Queen in the small town just down the mountain from us, so DH says it's time to go have a chili dog there, & probably a shake, later today. So that's the plan. We have a/c, thank goodness, but it's still too hot to cook every night!

Ice Cream. That's what I would do.

Dinner out sounds nice, but honestly its too hot to even venture out. I did the grocery shopping this morning early and it was still hot. I think tonight I will fix something easy. Not sure what at this point, though

Car is parked 2 steps from porch & we park near restaurant door. LOL

This weather isn't cooling down till next Tues, so I have groceries stocked & we often go out for brfast....when it's cool. Then a snack late in day.If all else fails, there's always pizza delivery.

I grilled a bunch of pork tenderloin last night and am having leftover veggies and potatoes, all heated up in the microwave. Can you say COOL KITCHEN?????
