I love to have that done but not sure I would trust anyone I didn't know.

That's great.
I do have a housekeeper, they come every other Tuesday and do my floors and 3 bathrooms and dust and straighten up. they will even fold my laundry if the find it.
We had "her" (she's in our small group Bible study" start coming last September when I was having shoulder issues. She was here to take care of the house for both my shoulder and then knee surgery. We still have her coming and probably will unless I have to quit working. Though I would only quit working real soon if I go on disability, so If I receive Disability, I will still have her come and clean.
I love it!!! She's a friend and needs the job badly and I totally trust her!!!!

That is a bargain! I was listing my house and decided that after I decluttered and moved out excess furniture I would hire a housecleaner too. I paid $75.00 and got only one girl. She was here for four hours and I had to follow her around. This mirror is all streaky - this floor needs to be mopped. Can you sweep this again and get that big clump of crud out of the corner... I'm glad it went good for you. We're relocating to the Houston area from New Orleans - maybe you have better cleaners in Texas - I hope so.

The saying goes,if you have a place for everything, your house will always be in order and this is what I have going for me. If I don't have a place for it, it doesn't come it lol. In fact nothing has come into this house for ages as we have all we need. I dont' believe in storing, if it's stored, you don't need it?

What would it be like to have unused space?

That would be so nice to have - - -
