So, its been hot here. Mind you not as hot as some of our southern freinds are dealing with but hot for here with our longer days, and I don't like heat. Today is cooler with a nice breeze and a few light rain showers. Perfect I thought, a good day to catch up with the house work. First task vaccume up a ton of dog and cat hair. I did the whole house and last but not least DH's office, a place I rarely enter....Didn't I manage to suck the 'O key' off his keyboard!!!!!Do ya think he might notice??? LOL

Good job that was the last room to vaccume cause I have learn my lesson, I am going to go to the sewing room to fondle some fabric.
By the way, I did take the vaccume bag out and found the key. But really...House work in never a good idea!

Oh yes, I agree! When I do housework I normally end up making a mess or hurting myself. LOL

Luckily keyboards are really cheap - $10-12. Can you get in out of the vacuum? They usually just snap back on.

Oh yes I got the key out of the bag and its back on the keyboard. I wasn't happy at first but then the humor of it got to me and I needed to share!

You really did have an adventure. Like they say, "No good deed goes unpunished."

I just read an article online warning senior citizens to be careful not to over exert themselves in the hot weather. Today I'll gladly admit to being a senior citizen. Sounds like another good reason not to do housework. LOL
