I came home one day to three sheepish-acting dogs, a huge hole in the side of the couch where fabric had been torn loose....but only one dog had threads caught between his teeth! We think they all took part but we only had proof that he did it..... They now have their "playroom" in the garage witht that same couch to eat, sleep on, whatever...and we have new living room furniture.

I bet you could have just about cried when you saw your sofa! I am so sorry about this, but it is almost the funniest thing I have heard about pets! Nobody expects to come home and find their sofa half eaten! LOL

I know you can get angry for the moment and then look back and laugh! :-D :-D

That is too funny. One day we went out in the field to see that one of our cows had gotten her head stuck through the seat of an old wicker chair we had put on our burning pile but had not yet burned. The hard part was that she did not want us to get close to take it off her since she had a new calf. We ended up penning her and the calf and taking the chair off. You could almost see the look of relief on her when we pulled it off. Too funny.
