    'I can't figure this one out. I get emails all the time with a link posted, but can't do it.

    Highlight and copy the URL at the top of the window and paste it into a private message or email.

    Go to the post, in your address bar on the computer, right click and copy. Then go to your email, of if you are PMing someone, go there, and where you right your message, right click and copy. Bingo that easy.

    yes, have fun just copy (control c) the browser and then go to where you want to paste it and hit control p to paste it

    You can also "right-click" while viewing and select the "send link" option. This opens your email and the link is already embedded in a new email.
