    http://www.roku.com/

    I
f you have wireless the Roku steams movies and tv shows to your tv. It cost about $50. The only cost after that is what you pay for Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu accounts but there are free channels you can watch. We love it. Movies on demand whenever you want from Netflix for $8 month. It's simple to hook up.

Just 2 computers here., one is mine and the other is DH's.

I'm hooked up to the internet and DH uses his for his photography, he has the better color printer.
I'm more computer literate than DH but we're don't have loads of electronic equipment, leaving that to the younger folk as DH and I are in our mid 70's. Very few of my friends are on the internet for email let alone for Facebook, etc. May

    1 lap top

thats it- not even a smart phone-just one smart enough to make a call

    i fight that whole---being connected---with everything i've got!
so many people would be totally lost- have heart attacks if there was a serious-long term power outage!
for me- a power out just means- put on another layer---and get the hand sewing project out....or read a book---one that you actually turn paper pages
i really do avoid a connected life= and spend too much time on the one computer we have- as in an hour or two every day
