this is the reason I can't give you an answer.
I know it would scare me!
Just like I keep trying to learn ways to quilt faster, I keep trying to find ways to talk all over the board, see all the quilts, read all the latest family happenings, visit in the PDA's with the neighbors, and still get mousework and quilting done.
Whew, most of that sentence had to do with this board!

Hours. Good thing only work part-time, part-time as I call it, and there's not alot of housework with three adults in the home.

How much time do I spend on the Quiltingboard? I am going to answer before I read the other answers. I chanced upon the Quiltingboard a few days ago. A week? I have read, and read and read but I can't keep up! I don't want to miss a post and I can't read them all. I have been on the past 5 hours today and I haven't made a dent in the postings. I haven't sewn because I am reading on the board. I am so loving it! Until I get caught up with the postings it looks like I will average 5 or 6 hours a day. I may have to dry out and come back after I regroup. I am just enjoying it way to much!

Tanya, I was also going to suggest we need a quilters anonymous! It really is addictive! Your length of time on the site might cause concern for those depending on you for food, clothing or transportation. If no one is depending on you then go for it! If I don't get off here soon I will be coming in a close second. I enjoyed your post. See you in the Main.

I have to agree with everyone but hokieappmom & dsb38327 really hit home for me. The quilts you all post (I am going to learn to do that, if only I can get my DD to show me how) and the stories (how you got started quilting) are totally awesome. The help I have gotten through questions I have asked or been asked by others is amazing. I am so glad I found this site. THANK YOU all for your contribtion to my quilting experience.

Even though I don't post much, I check this site at least twice a day. Love seeing all the pictures and reading the stories. It's a wonderful place to spend time in. :-D
