    OMIF STARS! This is the awesomest and greatest tip. I wish I had this a long time ago having to make massive amounts of potato salad for picnics, BBQ's and church events. I have sent it to everyone I know!

    Me, too! The skins are yummy, even mashed and I'm not going to fool around with bowl of ice just for home. Sure might use it when doing a bunch of them though.

    Looks easy enough, but I seldom peel potatoes. I just scrub them well and cook with skins on. No-one ever complains about them and they're more nutricious with the skins.
