Honolulu, Hawaii....looks like it will be light tradewind showers off and on periodically today. High temps will reach mid 80's. But showers in June??? Normally not....but who's complaining???!!!

H O T and getting hotter as the week goes on. We are supposed to hit 105 this weekend. Lows in the 70's. Need to find a cooler place. I wish I was back in the Pacific Northwest! I think I will click my heels and see what happens!

Boy, we could use a tropical storm! Temp up to 100 today and the smoke from the forest fires is awful!!! THere are fires all around us. Today has been declared a Severe Weather Alert day by the Weather Service. People that don't have air conditioning are being encouraged to go to libraries or malls to stay cool and away from the smoke. Send us the rain!

In north central texas--It is only 100 today. Has been 109,112,107 the past week. No rain since Oct. (believe me this is the absolute truth)Fires everywhere. No burning allowed anywhere for fear of fires. We are praying for rain so add us to your prayer list.

Here in central Louisiana, we've been having a thunderstorm all day. With lots of much needed rain. I wasn't even sure my windshield wipers would still work it had been so long since we had rain. Keep it coming!!

Gorgeous sunny day, low humidity and about 80 outside in Rochester, NY. Yes indeed, the great Northeast. Just about the worst we have is lots of snow. I'll take it compared to what others have and count it as a blessing.

We need rain badly so hopefully yours will come over this way soon.
