Default snow on my farm in missouri

These pictures were taken a few days ago when we only had about 4" of snow, we have gotten a total of 10 inches this past few days.our high today is 30* finally. been in single digits most of the week. Saturday night was minus 4 at night and got up to 7* on sunday daytime. It's way to early for this kind of winter temps. It's very hard on our cattle and chickens and us old folks.lol Everyone stay warm and safe. Mary

Here in NC, they'd call out the National Guard!! We were in Charlotte for the Blizzard of '93. We had a blast, but most people didn't think it was fun!

12/10/13 8 pm Right now things are very blustery and snowy. Looks like we are in for the snow you folks are getting rid of. My grandson landed in Great Lakes naval base last week and I am sure that these colder temperatures are making him wonder just what he has gotten himself into.......

    Default real live christmas decor

These are a few pictures to show the snow starting to melt slowly today running off the house roof. People pay a lot of money to decorate this way.lol

Everything there looks to be in order and peaceful as can be We are fighting with frozen water main and wondered why the furnace kept kicking on so fast and when I was standing at the window watching the deer, discovered the window open about 2 inches. Nothing like trying to heat the great outdoors at -15 degrees

We never expect snow. We do get it in the surrounding mountains but it doesn't stay for more than a few days at a time. However, it has been cold but we are starting to warm up a little now -- getting into the high 50's. It would be nice if we got some rain but that isn't in the forecast either.
