Here in Northern Michigan, the weather has been just beautiful for the last month! Sunny and in the 50's and sometimes even in the 60's, which is uncommon for the U.P. in March! We still have piles of snow where snow plows piled it high and in the woods where it doesn't get the sunshine, but the rest of it is gone and that's very early for here. I'm loving it. Cant wait to get out and work in the yard, but have to wait for a shot of cortisone in my hip! Hopefully next week. Happy Spring, everyone!!

Today was lovely, in the mid-70's, yesterday was hot - about 86. Supposed to cool off a bit the next few days, but still clear & sunny. Good thing, I have a wedding attend on Saturday evening! :D

We're supposed to get up around 70° this afternoon but it could still freeze at night. The kids had they're first soccor practice outside on Wednesday evening and it was warm enough to stand and watch in just a sweater, until the sun went down then it was freezing! Rain forecast for the weekend, for their first match of the season! Typical!

Well, it's supposed to get to the high 60s here today, but the high tomorrow will be 40 with rain and snow. I am SOOOOOOO done with winter, I can't even tell you. I live in Missouri and we always say, "if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes and it will change". I guess that holds true this week.

well in NE Montana spring is trying to come around! snow has been melting for the last few days--yeah!!!! it's been way warmer lately and we all love that. spring is trying to make its way here, the birds are coming back and making their nests, i can hear them chirping excitedly every morning. i just love spring. the only sad part is...not much quilting will be going on once the weather turns lovely and we start spending our time outdoors. thought maybe i'd have to learn hand piecing my squares together to keep my hands busy when i'm just sitting outside or sitting by the camp fire!!

Gonna be a lovely day today.

Tomorrow's weather should be interesting - we have (allegedly) a huge cold front coming in, giving us a chance of mixed sleet/rain and even a small possibility of snow.
