Earl seems to be sitting pretty still around Terri right now, we're still getting some tail winds but the sun is out. Thanking my maker.

Yes, thank the good Lord it is far enough out to sea that we are only getting some wind and rain and that is all here in Virginia Beach.

My DD along with friends left yesterday for a friends wedding on Nantuckett. I heard this morning Nantuckett is suppose to be the worst hit. When I lived on Long Island whci was much bigger they worried about Tidal Waves taking the island out. I worry about a tidal wave with Nantuckett. On top of that they rented a house will DD and friends be prepared for this storm??????????

It's weakening but that's no consolation to a Mom worrying. Hope all goes well with them.

Thanks, I don't know if you follow my PDA but my DD has been through a horror this past year and it is not over yet. This is just one more worry to the endless list of worries concerning her.

Were still waiting we have had some down pours off and on. They say later this evening we should get the wind and more rain. I'am in Connecticut.. There is a front coming in from the west which we hope will push it out to sea....
