Awwww, sounds like he wanted you to be pampered for a day instead of doing a lot of work. I think it was very thoughtful of him, though maybe a bit impractical.

most nail salons dont just do nails about using it for a nice pedicure for you should get about 5 out of that with all that work you do it would be a nice hour treat for yourself most places have the nice shiatsu chairs now which are heaven on earth give it a try it is definately relaxing!

Some of those places have massages, too. Can't beat a good relaxing massage!

If I were you, I'd get my nails SHARPENED, and ask if that is what he had in mind! LOL!

Did you see Ditter's joke yesterday? It was hysterical about a husband who heard what his wife wanted and misinterpreted it.

What a man!! From one ranch wife to another I say count your lucky stars he didn't give you new calf buckets, LOL!!

You're not giving yourself the care you deserve, be thankful he loves you enough to treat you like you like you should be treating yourself. Now run to town and take some special "me time" for yourself.

How sweet. I would love it. For the past 15 - 20 years i have had jobs normally held by men. Mechanic to auto body. Now i drive a fork lift. I love to quilt, hunt, fish crochet and ride motorcycles, i get my nails done regularly. Makes me feel good. My motto (Mind you just for me) is just because i have to work like a man doesn't mean i have to look like one.

You don't have to get nails. Manicures and pedicures are great. Make you feel wonderful.
