ROTFLMAO!!!! Our husbands must be related. Mine is sooooo sweet but clueless at times. There is a website where you can exchange gift cards. Maybe you can trade with someone?

If you worked around cows you kind of understand. All I can see Is that old cow with a calf hung and me with pretty long pink nials and her looking at me like NO YOUR NOT
I can't even keep from breaking MY nails when dumping buckets of cattle feed, tugging and pulling bunks around, grabbing hay roll strings, etc...I usually just try not to worry about it until spring. Wait for warmer weather and after calving season...at least that old Mama can't give you the evil eye then..you can always wear gloves when driving the tractor! LOL!

I would like $150 spent on pampering -make sure you wear gloves...hoho.(I actually prune fruit trees in an orange orchard, so know where you are coming from).

Awwww... maybe he was so grateful for all you work and thought that you would want some pampering.

Then again, he is a man!

Ahhh yes, men can be soooo clueless!! I'd see if you can get a refund or sell it and get what you really want. Fake fingernails are not going to help you feed and pull calves and the cattle won't appreciate getting jabbed by them when you have to take your gloves off. Too funny! But at least he didn't forget your birthday! He does deserve points for that. You can always invite him along and get pedicures side-by-side. :)

I'm giggling. I don't mean to laugh at you, or at him, but aren't they just the most adorable creatures sometimes?

I think it is wonderful that you work with him to go forward in life. Your both working a ranch, :) not a sit down job from the sound of it. He loves you enough to want you to do something girly, I love it. (((Hugs))) to you both for caring so much for the other.

Mine took me yesterday to have my nails done, that is something I really enjoy doing, and while I was there , he went to the bank and cashed a refund check. When we got home, he handed me $400, said happy anniversary(Feb5, 56 years) and Valentine too. Now I'll go shopping!!
