I will be missing for a few days. We got hit by 100mph winds and the power and phone lines are down. Things are pretty torn up in Murray this morning. You all be safe out there.

I agree with cjmomma tired of rain had a 60 foot pine tree miss our home tuesday by about 5 feet these storms have been horrible and scarcy. come on sun! our weather alert is on more than its off any more. we live where there are a lot of trees so these winds have played heck around here in southern Il.

We are cancelling our plans to come to Paducah.
We have to drive 900 miles and decided not to make the trip due to all the bad weather in the area.
We will try for next year.

the weatherman said today we would see the sun - wonder if I will recognize it? BUT, more rain tomorrow to go with the flooding today. UGH

We got power back on. They had said it would be days before they could get it restored. I'm so thankful it's back on but we have to gear up for another round today and tonight.
