but I'm getting ready to go to Laughlin, NV for four days and I WANT TO TAKE MY SEWING MACHINE!!!! I'm sharing it here only because I don't think anyone else would understand. I gamble alittle and am going to a show but, then what??? I know I'm going to have withdrawals! I'm taking my quilting mags and my Sulky Embroidery "BIG" books to read but...it's not the same...I'm really laughing at myself writing this but,...well...I know you guys will understand!
Smiles to all....Thanks for the shoulder! Oh, I'm not really a hand anythinger. LOL

You have lots of company, my DD takes hers with her whenever she goes on vacation, especially to use when sitting alone in the cabin at the lake or a motel room. That is why they make the smaller ones.
Have machine, will travel, go for it.

I feel your pain. I can't go a weekend without my sewing. I took my featherweight, iron, cutting mat, etc. in the motor home with me every time we went camping. When the wind blew too hard, or it got too hot, or dark outside, I just went inside, turned on the generator and sewed to my hearts content.
