    I'm confused. Different country? Reserves?

The Army saved my nephew too. Talk about, on the wrong path in high school. Barely graduated, on probation for car theft, drugs, baby. Probably headed for jail or death. All the wrong way.

My father talked him into the army. Blessed army. They gave us back "Man" with a whole new attitude, a father outlook, a career (nursing), who knows that the "USA is the best Damn Country in the Whole World" direct quote, after a year in Bosnia. I too am very proud of him. He is a great father now and an emergency room nurse.

You have every right to be proud of your son and the choice he made. Tell him thank you for his service. I will pray for his safe return to you and your family. God bless him and his fellow soldiers.
