    and after I spent an hour and a half checking all the parts off the list for the Grace Frame, no screws or wrenches to assemble it. Just called them on their 800 #. She says she doesn't know what happened but she will send them out, I will get them in a couple days! How frustrating is this. I can't even unpack the long arm, no room for it. It would have been nice to hear an "I'm sorry" from her. Grrrrrr!!!! Nobody better get in my way till at least next week!!!!!

    Oh how frustrating! A nice hot bath with yummy smelling salts will make you feel better :)
