That's so cool. You're lucky to have a DD that is interested. My 3 yr old wants to start sewing but I'm afraid to let her near the needles. (I mostly hand sew.) I hope she still has interest when she's your DD age.

LOL well she will be going with you now to the lqs or whereever you buy your material at and looking at things through a different eye than before for sure !
I taught my grands to imagine what it would look like and if you cannot imagine it get small pieces of the fabric and put them together! One is 14, one is 12 and the 4 year old well,lets just say she plays !LOL

I think it's great that you have her interest right now. We have to compete for their attention from so many things these days, it is unreal!
Plant the seed. It will grow in the future- her way. :)
