    Good luck with removal. I too thought it was a sewing needle you were referring to at first. Ouch!

    Ouch, man that has to hurt.Sure hope they get to the botton of this fast and take out that neddle. Whishing you a speedy recovery.

    Oh, I had to write in reply to your reply. I did actually have a piece of a broken quilting needle in my thigh, for a few weeks. I had a terrible habit of sticking my needle in the arm of the couch , just for a few minutes, in between other things. So, I sat down, the needle had fallen onto the seat, and it broke. I couldn't find all of it, and hoped it had falllen down in the couch. Several weeks later, it sort of felt like it was stinging in my leg, so I went to the doc, had an x-ray. Sure enough, it was there, and had to have surgery with a live x-ray. Don't stick needles in the couch anymore, for sure.
