I had to read this as I feel like I lost my marbles too. SO sorry the poor kitty did this but there are more jars. Beautiful marbles. Everything happens for a reason, maybe you will find one so worthy you can purchase an entire room of sewing furniture. You'd thank you pet then. LOL. Watch out for those that are in hiding, wouldn't be a fun fall.

Hopefully you have a picture of the lamp before it was destroyed. Sounds like a neat treasure and I'm sorry you lost it.

Perhaps I should look into making one of those lamps with all the dozens of jars of marbles my mother has all throughout my house......

Nope, he was the smaller cat! And I do have another one that matches it. Told DH I wanted him to make me another one.
