Nice one to consider. In part what I like about this location is the size of it. I know the rent is probably much more than I can even think of, but is a place where I can do a lot of everything. Can you imagine getting all the fabrics you want, taking the escalator up and take a class, or rent some table space to sew, maybe free tables for pining, and inside a gallery where non-quilters can come in and buy the quilts for sale. The more I think about it the more I want it.

dang..I wish I could go in with you...a gallery and boutique would be fantastic...on the bottom, fabric in the middle...hhehehe
