    Makes me wonder where mine is right now and how did he fare during the "big freeze"? Did he go face down, or maybe "belly-up"? Is he still buried? Did Pocket Gophers drag him down to their level? Did a hungry vulture carry him off? I must go investigate.

    That is delightful. I can't imagine that much snow here! So far this winter we have just had lots and lots of rain!
