I would use white vinagar, or dawn dish soap.

put some baking soda or salt on it then sweep it up, it will absorb quickly

Thanks everyone. The vinegar worked. I've washed the floor 3 times, a bit over kill, but I'm happy.

Salt, salt, and more salt. Let it stay on overnight if you can. vacuum it up and clean again with Dawn dish soap

I use Dawn for most grease or oil clean ups. For really greasy or oily I use Tide.

Spilt a whole fry daddy of used oil on kitchen floor and used a lot of paper towels and then dawn and mop and it got it all.

I have done that a few times I squirt dawn straight from bottle on it let sit a bit snd wipe up with several paper towels and also use wet paper towels than scrub as usual worked every time

When I got oil on a garment, I soaked it in dishwashing powder. Did no harm, but removed the oil.
