Hang tough it will happen. I hear that most people are denied twice before being accepted, why I don't know. Its not much at all income wise but it can make a huge difference in your life. I think the next time is a charm. Knock on wood and all that!

Hang in there Susie. we had to fight for my DHs disability. They denied it and said he can't work around people machines chemicals or food but he was denied. We had to get a lawyer and keep filing. They try to weed out those that won't fight as it saves the gov money so hang in there. It is their job to deny but it is your right to keep applying. Since you already have a lawyer you should do ok. I found all the documentation I could find and I high lighted the parts(diagnoses dr's statement that Glen couldn't work etc) I wanted them to see as they will not read through everything. So I made copies and highlited and sent copies to everyone that I had a name for in the correspondence I had received. Between that and the lawyer Glen's was approved. You have to not quit trying. That is what they are looking for. Just make up your mind you deserve it and do whatever it takes til you get it.
You could write a brief letter and send it with your next application. State why you can't work in a few words. Keep it brief or they won't read it.
My thoughts are with you!!!

I am so sorry for you. Sometimes it seems like everything comes at once. Don't give up. I'm sure it will get better. You are in my thoughts and prayers
