I feel like all my energy has been drained...I just can't get going today! My DH says it is from sleeping under that new quilt, but I doubt it. The quilt is the perfect weight.
I have cleaned out a drawer and made the bed...That's the extent of it. I am just sooooo tired!!!

Just rest. Your body is trying to tell you something. I call it "Taking a Mental Health Day". Nothing wrong with that! Sit back and pour yourself a glass of your favorite beverage and relax. Housework and quilting aren't going to go anywhere today.

Actually, you've been twice as busy as I have today. I had my other cateract done on Tues and I guess it's the let-down from that. I'm sure you'll be up-and-attem soon!

I here ya.... I'm feeling that way today too... Maybe I just need a break from the same old.
I'm sure when the weather becomes much cooler here in Minnesota I will have all kinds of energy, Even the vitamin D pills aren't helping me much.
I hope you get your "Get Up and GO" back SOON Ditter!

You deserve to just kick back and do nothing once in awhile so just enjoy this time. Let your body rest and you will get with the program another day.
