We have 4 fur babys.
Blue & her sister showed up after a snow storm. Youngest DS was 8 at the time.He went into the back yard & sat down. Blue curled up in his lap as if to say this is my boy. He still is even after 10 yrs. If he's not home at 3:00pm I'm supposed to go & get him. Forget the fact that he hasn't come home at 3:00 in 5 yrs! (Red was her sister & my cat. She died at 3 yrs old. I still miss her.)

Bell is 6 yrs old. She's part Lab & Golden Retriever. She once had Great Daine puppies!! (9 of 'em.) She's a sweetheart!

One day 2 yrs ago I was at Whattaburger & saw a little White Lab puppy with an expensive hunting color on running around all the cars in the drive thru. I thought I'd have an easy time finding the owner of such a darling little thing. Well...... She's ours now. (All 90 lbs of her.)

Three months after Red died I wanted another cat. I wanted another female. I searched the paper & went to look at dozens of kittens. They were all males. Went to the pound & they had 2 cats. One of each sex. They said that the gray one was a male & the white w/ gray stripes was a female. After he had been home a week I noticed the evidence that he was a male!

Blue (Named for the color of her collar)

Bell (the black one)& Annie (as in "Little orphen Annie")

Turtle (He can't seem to get me trained even after almost 7 yrs!)

    Blue wants in.

DS playing w/ Blue. She woke up this way so he put the can here.

Bell thinks she's in trouble when we point the camera at her.

Blue sleeps with her 'pet'. Bell sleeps under the bed most of the time. Annie takes the little dog bed scrunches it like a pillow.

Turtle takes the big 'dog' bed! He can't get me to hold still enough to be able to sleep comfortably. He also says that I'm supposed to let him sleep on my face. So he sleeps here instead.

This is Annie trying to be gentle with Blue. At first Blue didn't like it but now she will even go & snuggle up with Annie.

I post the postcards for The Pet Postcard Projects, and just happen to have a 'few' on hand of my own furkids, lol. If cute critters are your thing, check the PPP out at http://www.betterwords.typepad.com/petpostcardproject/ where it's raining cute cats and dogs.

Here's my DD's pug. She wore this outfit after having surgery to stop her scratching at the stitches.

My neighbor's dog comes to visit when she hears us out back. My DGD decided she would give her 'paci' and taggie to Lacey. That was one way to get rid of it. She really is a beautiful dog!

    Just a big baby!

Hey, I didn't take it, she gave it to me! Honest!
