    I haven't done filet crochet in years. Back in the 70s I did several filet crochet shawls out of sport yarn. Then when I lived in a victorian house I was going to make curtains for my living room out of the fine thread but got busy with other things and never did.

    Thanks everyone.... I worked on it mostly in the evenings while watching TV for a couple of months this past winter...
    I started with a small patter ( 15 x15 inches) but didn't like how it worked up. So, I this is an original design.

    I have done curtains too.....

    I collect eagles, I guess it was a natural with My American Veterans Project.
