    Salmom is from the northwest I think, everything else is fair game. I'm not really sure. I couldn't stand to watch the oil spill or hear the news. Everytime they spoke about the dying wildlife and the govt's slow response, I would feel ill.

    It truly is sad what the oil spill is causing and going to cause before it is all said and done. It seems we are having one disaster after another and the outlook keeps getting darker. I can only say that I try to only look at the news once every other day .. otherwise it becomes too depressing. It is a time for all to gather close and be thankful for that which we have and what we share.

    Be careful how much you eat, you can get mercury poisoning if you eat to much. I would check with my Dr.
