Ideas please for Senior Center fundraisers

Is there any way you could get together with one or two or three of the other groups who are also fund raising and combine your efforts Make it bigger and better) and then share the wealth, each group would make a percentage of the profits. Our fire dept. ladies aux. combine with the luthern church and do a resale for childrens items, including toys, clothes, furniture books, etc. The seller gets a percentage of the sale and the church and aux. split the rest - lots of people need good slightly used clothing and toys - everyone benefits.

Thanks Ramona, I needed to hear that. And I have my sewing room already set up for my next quilt, so this is a good time to start. Wait, first I have to get my coffee and cookie and lie back in my comfy chair a bit :)
