I will always love Iowa, but traveling is something I like to do. DH and I are taking an Alaskan Cruise in July and then a gf and I are taking a bus trip to Rocky Mtn Quilt Festival and get to stop and see the Intl. Quilt Museum in Lincoln, NE. Yeah!

South Pacific or Africa, or of course Alaska - and go to an "all you can eat" salmon buffet

I drove across country, MD to Seattle and back 12 years ago. I would love to do it again. We covered 28 states, 8000 miles in 6 weeks. I took my granddaughters 12 and 9 and they still talk about places and things they saw. I was 60 then, now I want someone old enough to drive too LOL.

I find myself saying I want to go home. I have no roots, so I am not sure where that is, but if I had to guess I would say, my house in Plattsburgh. I sold that house a year ago but knowing that I am using my house as a deduction for the last time is hurting me a lot and I wish to go back like nothing ever happened.

I never thought that I would say this, but I would like to go to New York City. I am a small town girl and big cities intimidate me, but my daughter just moved there. I would love to see her, my son-in-law and my little granddaughter.

Oh Shelbie, I want to come with you. Newfoundland is like heaven to me. I have family there and it is heaven on earth!
