The only place I ever go when I take a vacation. To Puerto Rico to spend time with my mother while she is still with us. She is a sweet lady, 73 years old, but never had a opportunity to enjoy her life because she devoted her life to care for her mother. Now that my grandma is gone she is coming out of her cocoon and discovering the world she never enjoyed before. I got her on a plane to visit me in NY 3 months after my grandma died and she loved it. Sorry to ramble. I am just missing her so much lately.

I am packing to move and most likely I wouldn't have much time for her, leave alone the $ to fly her. When things get better we will try. I will be in NYC then and she preferred NYC over Plattsburgh. So much to do and see.

I was in NY for eleven years before my Mom came to visit for the first time. She always said she was waiting for them to build the bridge. Maybe you should be waiting for the same thing.

I loved Eastern Europe the one time I traveled overseas and would go back in a heartbeat. Prague was my favorite, but I enjoyed all 9 countries we visited! I would also love to go to Greece, Norway, Russia & China. Oh heck, I just love to travel so you name it, I'll go! I get to drive to Pennsylvania & back in August & plan to see a lot of new country. I am excited about that!
