Don't hate exercise just never seem to have time. I have zumba for the wii which is fun but with a toddler where does the time go.

I completely agree with all.. I live with my brother and he is all about exercise and losing weight and for the most part its all he talks about... I am perfectly happy just the way I am just walking the dog every morning. I have dropped about 15+ lbs in a year doing that. And I am so glad that the dark chocolate helps colestrol.... lol

Thanks for the info. My DH has lost 36 lbs in the past 4 weeks by just parking his semi in the back parking lot of truck stops and walking to and from the truck stop and by staying away from sodas and drinking water. Gotta love that man!

I figure I do enough walking in the house trying to remember why I got up a dozen times before it hits me - oh yea the bathroom. And I know better than to venture out of the house on foot- I really hate getting lost.
