These were taken from a hilltop near my home in the Willamette Valley. I live in the most beautiful place on Earth.

This is Facing Brownsville Oregon, which is south.

Beyond the mountains in the distace is the Pacific Ocean. It's about 150 miles from my house.

Gorgeous.... Waiting down here for the change to occur...yesterday I did note some fields had taken on the slightest tinge of "not green"....

My DH and I were in Breckenridge, CO two weeks ago and decided that early fall is the PERFECT time to go to Colorado! The afternoon rains have diminished, the temps are warm in the day, cooler at night, the aspens are simply breathtaking as you can see from all these Colorado pics, and best of all, the crowds are gone!!
