I agree with this COMPLETELY - the computer does something to your brainwaves, I have lain awake for hours if I just got offline. Read or listen to music for 30 minutes, no problem.

My other tips - make sure feet are warm, room is dark, and move the electric clock away from near your head. It also interferes with brain waves (electro magnetic field).

Also if I don't get some vigorous exercise during the day it is hard to fall asleep at night.

I have that same proplem, lay down and the sleep just does not come Spoke to my doctor nd he told me to take an over the counter nighttime sleep aid, it works,
