Yesterday in Albany NY, it was also 99 in the shade and a heat index of 113. Today, not as humid but just as hot, so far the high is 94. Not sure of today's heat index. I love summer but hate when it gets this hot cause it always makes me feel sick, even when I stay cool and hydrated...

Here in Lowell, MA, it's about 99 but feels like 103. Either way, hot is hot, but you can cut the humidity with a knife. Thank God for A/C and fans.

It was 108 a little while ago.. I don't remember it being this hot.. We are within walking distance to the water, and it's usually ten degrees cooler than in land..

I just wrote this in another thread, but it's therapeutic to share it...

It's 104 here in the Philly area. Heat index was 118, is now 112 although the temperature itself didn't change.

It was at least 93 temp in NE Ohio today. We just had a storm and it's now 79. I'm sure not for long
