I am in North Carolina and we have been in the mid to high 90's with high humidity so lots of time inside or in the pool.

93 right now. (10:35am) with a high of 98. I don't want to THINK about the index.

Too hot! Supposed to be 91 today, with the high humidity! I can handle it, but my bulldog cant, so I HAVE to use the central air. I hate using it, since it costs so much!

I'm in north central FL. It is hot and humid.
I'm trying not to complain---much---. Keep watching the
weather reports for hurricane activity in the gulf and elsewhere.

Have you read up on ginger to help the vertigo? I started my friend on ginger tablets a few months before we left on a 10 day cruise and brought fresh ginger and ginger candies during the cruise. And she drinks nothing but ginger ale. It really helps but you should read up on it first because of other medication you may be taking. I take garlic tablets at night because I have high blood pressure and use to wake up feeling dizzy-Use To .

Even the Green Mountains of northern Vermont are having a heat wave. We come here for the cool summers, but I've had the A/C on for the past 10 days.

Hot and humid. I'm too old for this and so are my animals. I hate air conditioning but it has become my best friend. As the Wicked Witch of the West said, "I'm mellttiinngg."
