WOW here's hoping you find more time to do the sleeping 13 hrs thing. Or at least find time each day for a short nap. You don't want to get so tired you can't take care of hubby or more importantly yourself!

Sounds like you need to say "no" even to yourself... sometimes I tell myself, "just because you can, doesn't mean you should".... I'm learning..

I mostly enjoy what I am doing. In fact, when we moved to this retirement facility last year due to my husband's health, I insisted on finding a place with room for my fabric, sewing machine, and sewing supplies. Sewing and the computer are often my escapes.

However, I didn't expect that so many big events in our family would take place in such a short period of time. I do love being involved and doing for them. It's just that I have trouble relaxing with so much to do. I'm also a "people person," but caring for my husband does limit my outside activities. The computer and this group helps me keep my sanity. (Well- as much sanity as I have left.)

I think you need to learn how to say "No", can't do it. It's nice to try and do everything, but you need to do for yourself once in a while.
