Twice this week we have gone to Walmart to push around the heavy grocery cart plus one day pushing the grocery cart full of groceries. By the time grocery day was over, I thought I was going to die I was having so much pain in my feet and legs from the neuropothy. ) I hope that everyone has a great week. Keep up the good work.

Here is my Mini train Scrappy Nine Patch quilt. Before I added the borders it measured 56 x 72. I added 5 inch borders so now it is 66 x 82. Fits my queen size bed. Here are several pictures of it. And mom is trying to claim it for her. It will be fore my bed not hers, she has a king size bed. I had so much fun with this quilt. I will probably make it again.

    Wow, Lisa! That's great!
I thought I was doing good at 4.2. I have challenges coming up with a 3 day quilting retreat starting tomorrow, then my birthday, then 8 days in Florida.

Cindy I love how your quilt came out. I had to re-cut my 2 1/2 x 4 1/2 blocks. I have no idea where they could have disappeared to. I have 2 sides of the borders on. I will probably finish it tonight.
Keep up the good work everyone. It sounds like there will be some good #'s this month. Cindy down is down. At least you are headed in the right direction. So far I am doing well. I need to get more exercise. They are going to start a bootcamp class at work next month i will have to try it out. They are good with catering to all levels of fitness. With my bad knee I just modify the exercises to what I can do.

thanks meanmom. I had fun with this quilt. I am going to make another with more manly colors, for my dad. gonna stay away from the florals for him. A friend who has had cancer, wants one too.

and yes down is down. I am gonna start getting more exercise myself. My work hours are gonna be changing a little. one week I will work 9-6 and the next week it will be 10- 7. So i am going to start going to the gym and work it. Has been too cold here lately to workout outside. Plus the safety factor.

time to get back to work.

Hey yall!! I am back on the board. I am still losing but not enough for my liking. I started out weighing over 550 pounds and now I am about 340. I will be weighing tomorrow.

Cindy -- I was finally able to get to the post office & mailed off 3 fat quarters for the 1st 3 mos. I'm sorry for mailing so late. I've been taking my mother to her Dr. appts. You should have them by Thurs. Sadly I've only lost 1.5#'s but it's a start & there's more month left. I'm moving!!!! yeh!
