    Yes, it is astonishing what they've done since that horrid time.
    And it makes me squirm to think of what a terrible, terrible mess our country would be in should such a thing happen here. Just remember New Orleans....my son went down there a day or so later with the National Guard Medical team. In a helicopter that was picking up patients, he took some pictures of people on roof tops waving for help, right next door were flashes of light from people shooting at them..not wanting to give up their loot they had stolen from stores and houses.

    Man, what a difference.

    That says a lot! Then the looters wonder why they're not getting help...
    A lot of Americans are just too spoiled. How can they respect their country if they don't respect themselves?

    Astounding pictures. Thank you for sharing. I've often wondered how they are doing. I pray for them and for all the victims of so many diasters lately, at home and abroad. Makes me stop and count my blessing!!!

    Thanks for the link, I hope the people can look at the blooming flowers and see hope ............they are living with so much grief. However the culture comands order.......something to admire and seems also that they appreciate any help that is offered to them.............. The news media here had simply droped the subject...........calla
