My friend in Japan, Yasue, just emailed me she is fine. whew!!!


"Sendai is far from Yokohama and Tokyo, but it shaked so much, I couldn't stand.
I was in central Tokyo and there are so many high stories building at there and they were swinging at that time.

All of the train services were not available, but I had to walk from Tokyo to Yokohama.
My DH was working in Tokyo and I could meet him which was very lucky.
Actually we walked 9 hours from there to my house.

I watched TV news and it says this earthquake is the biggest one in the world and
it also says 2 different earthquakes were occurred at different area."
