As much as I would like to see kangaroos in person, I would rather spend that money on more fabric.

    :D

Everything is good on the menu there, but the pork chops are cooked with a little pink in the middle. And I can't eat pork chops like that. ( germs and whatever else is in undercooked pork)
I love my steak just this side of "moo". Oh, if you order a mixed drink keep an eye on the bartender cause they fill the glass with ice and then add the drink and leave the rest in the container to sell to another customer or to you if you order another. At least that is what they did here at our local one.
A drink there is like 6 bucks and its only got 2 sips...heck might as well order a couple of shots of tequila for that price. lol

Oh, I am all set as far as drinks. I am a teetotaler. :-)

I am thinking seriously of steak. I always tell them "well done", even if you have to butterfly it. I can hardly wait. Feb 8 is Monday and I am already salivating. :XD:

Feb 8th is my birthday too, but our closest Outback is too far. About 50 miles and a $25.00 ferry ride. It would be a great treat! No matter what, don't look at the nutrition facts.

Happy Birthday. My favorite is the pork loin with the apricot glaze and garlic mashed potatoes. My girlfriend is dating the manager of one of the Outbacks here. I know I can totally trust their kitchen.
