job interview??

Usually, by the time you get an interview, they have done all the background research on you and have already decided to hire you. The interviews may be one right after another and are basically just a formality. It is the final step to weeding out the ones who have no idea that working at walmart can be a very demanding, but rewarding job. Basically, there are people who look good on paper, but have no social skills and make poor walmart employees. Good Luck

First off I must tell you about the what we call for our dd is the three pump chump. When you shake someones hand you are to look them in the eyes say glad to meet you (insert name here) and at that same time shake their hand three times, and remember to make sure you have a firm grip on their hand do not let your hand go limp. These are things that were taught to our dd in a class called how to be successful at your interviews. Also if they ask we you would want to work there make sure you give them your key points, like,I am very personable and love to deal with people, stuff like that if you have volunteered anywhere and that you would be honored to be a representative of their company. You know what I mean ,just relax remember they were your age at one time too and they are just a person like you and I .Big thing to remember you can follow directions you are after all a QUILTER!!!!!

Good luck with the interview, if they ask you that question and I'm sure they will. Tell them that you would like to work for a stable company that has room for you to advance from a entry level position to hopefully a management level job. They also would be looking for what type of personality you have and how well you interact with others. Let them know that your a dependable person that you don't mind working on weekends (hopefully that applies).
Let us know how it goes! I'm sure you'll do fine
