I don't know how many of you guys watch the show The DOctors. Tomorrow they are going to tell us the secrets to losing weight. I put it on TiVo to watch tomorrow night. I wil be busy teaching my first quilt class when it is on here. Could be interesting.

    Ladies,

want some input. Since I have not been able to mail out the winnings yet to the winner. How do you feel about going back to each person mailing out their FQ to the winner at the end of the month? Please give me some input.

My life keeps getting crazier and crazier. I am having more personal problems and being out of work it is getting harder.

    Thanks for your thoughts.

i'm willing to go back to the old way if it's easier for you, cindy. whatever the majority wants, but i don't think this should cost you money every month.

    Hi
    Cindy,
Great motivational threat and count me in as doing exercise daily with diet meals to lose extra weight. I have break my meals in 5 small meals including snacks and increase my water intake. I have added vegetables and fruits more in my diet meals and drinking 3 cups of green tea daily. Wish me luck!

    Cindy,
Whatever is best for you is fine with me. I would like to thank you for running this for us. It keeps me in line somewhat. I have been losing just not as fast as I would like. I have always felt that this shouldn't cost you money. I'm not sure what the answer is. Could we send a little money with our fat quarters?Or we could go back to sending on our own.
I hope things straighten out for you. Good luck. I will be praying for you.

Cindy, I'm so sorry you are having problems. This economy really stinks. I realize that is not what all your problems are but I'm sure it would help matters if you could find a job. Whatever is good for you we can do. We can mail out our own fq or it is certainly easy enough to stick a stamp or 2 in with the ones we mail you to cover the postage for mailing them out. Sorry I haven't done more of that.
Carlton, sounds like you have the perfect new lifestyle. Keep that up and you will have a healthy future.
I was down 3 lbs this morning from yesterday. What's up with that? I guess I didn't eat enough cookies! LOL
Kelsey flies out very early tomorrow to go back to Korea. We will be driving to Minneapolis this afternoon for her to do a couple of last minute errands - very important paper work that should not have waited this long - and then staying with hubby at his hotel. Tomorrow I will look at a few townhouses to try to find him a place to live. Then I will drive to Iowa to visit my mom and give her the quilt I made for her 84th birthday. The quilting turned out so amazing - almost worth the price I paid. Sunday I will go to the 90th annual Bancroft reunion. That is so incredible to me that it has gone on for so long - since 1922.
Have a good weekend everyone. I'm having a long one; it starts this afternoon.

Cindy, whatever works for you. Because I am pretty new, this is the only way I've known. I'm afraid that if left to ourselves, FQ won't be sent because life gets in the way to many times. I would go for sending you money for postage so that I can send 4-6 FQ at a time. MOT

For those doing the spicy swirl, I have the first strata sewn. Not sure I like these fabrics now, but they were the ones I picked for the first one. Suggestions for selecting fabrics next time????????
